1. Who we are

Requestline ("Requestline", "we", "us") is a service operated by Fraze Media LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using Requestline, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using Requestline on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm that you are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

Requestline provides web-based tools for wedding and event DJs to receive song requests from guests in real time and to deliver a "Music Memory" keepsake to the couple after the event.

3. Account responsibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you may not:

• use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• send spam or harass other users, guests, or couples;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limitations.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you and your guests submit (event details, request messages, names you choose to display). You grant Fraze Media LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the service to you and your guests.

6. Intellectual property

Requestline, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Fraze Media LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with the plan you have subscribed to.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions to Requestline Pro renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. See our Refund Policy for details on requesting a refund.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Requestline available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved. The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Requestline if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your subscription.

When your access ends, you may export your event data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Paddle for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fraze Media LLC against claims arising from content you or your guests submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fraze Media LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
