30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Requestline Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up the order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Contact our support team and we will help you process the request through Paddle.

Free trial

Requestline Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel any time before the trial ends from your billing portal at no cost.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, you continue to have access to Requestline Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellations made after a renewal charge are subject to the 30-day money-back guarantee above.
